We are seeking experienced Mechanical BIM Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates must have successfully delivered projects in KSA up to LOD 400 and LOD 500 and possess in-depth knowledge of Saudi building codes and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage LOD 400 & 500 BIM models for mechanical or electrical systems.Ensure compliance with Saudi codes and standards in all BIM deliverables.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate BIM models.Conduct clash detection, model audits, and quality control.Support construction and facility management teams with as-built models.Qualifications & Skills:Mechanical Engineer, NOT ModularMinimum 5 years of BIM experience in projects in KSA.Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and other BIM tools.Expertise in creating FamiliesVery good knowledge in designStrong understanding of Saudi building codes and local authority requirements.Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.Valid IqamaAjeer paper / Kafeel Authority LetterRequired Education and Experience certificatesPlease note that this is a supplier base job with handsome salary package.We are not transferring sponsorship.
