We are looking for a detail-oriented and diligent Material Receiving QC Inspector to ensure the quality and accuracy of incoming materials and supplies. The ideal candidate will inspect, verify, and document materials upon receipt to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.Key Responsibilities:Inspect incoming materials and components for quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase orders and specifications.Verify materials against documentation such as packing lists, invoices, and quality certificates.Perform visual inspections and use measuring tools and instruments to check dimensions and physical properties.Identify and document any defects, damages, or discrepancies in received materials.Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve quality issues or non-conformances.Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and material status.Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of received materials.Collaborate with the Quality Control and Warehouse teams to streamline receiving processes.Follow safety protocols and quality standards during all inspection activities.Assist in audits and quality improvement initiatives as needed.Qualifications:Proven experience as a QC Inspector or in a similar quality control role.Knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques.Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.Proficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.Basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting.High school diploma or equivalent; technical or quality certification is a plus.
