Oversee all warehouses activities including; inventory controlling, storing, handling, issuing and dispatching of inventory at the company
Plans, leads, organizes and controls overall warehouse management and operations.
Ensure the implementation of the Store section objectives, plans, policies & procedures and assuring they serve as basis for all the function?s operations.
Assist the Supply Chain VP in the development of the annual budget and ensure cascading it down to the functional level and that all employees are working towards achievement of the departments goals and objectives within the assigned budget.
Monitor the operating results of the Stores section, compare them to established goals and objectives, and report results to the Supply Chain Manager.
Ensure compliance of Stores section operations to company policies and regulations in order to avoid any discrepancies or unsatisfactory results.
