Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy & Planning:* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities.* Define target audiences and develop effective messaging strategies to reach them.* Create detailed marketing plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.* Stay updated with industry trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.2. Brand Management:* Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.* Oversee brand positioning and messaging to resonate with target audiences.* Protect and enhance the companys brand reputation.3. Content Creation & Management:* Oversee the development of compelling and high-quality marketing content across various formats (e.g., website copy, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, brochures, presentations, video scripts).* Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for SEO where applicable.4. Digital Marketing:* Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising (PPC).* Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.* Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using relevant KPIs and web analytics tools.* Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.5. Traditional Marketing (if applicable):* Plan and manage traditional marketing activities such as print advertising, direct mail, public relations, and event participation.* Coordinate with external agencies for media buying, PR, and other traditional marketing initiatives.6. Campaign Management:* Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns from conception to completion.* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, customer service) to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.* Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.7. Budget Management:* Develop, manage, and track the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on all marketing expenditures.* Provide regular reports on budget utilization and campaign costs.8. Team Leadership & Collaboration :* Mentor, motivate, and manage a team of marketing specialists or coordinators.* Foster a collaborative environment within the marketing team and with other departments.* Report on marketing activities and results to senior management.9. Analytics & Reporting:* Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.* Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).* Provide insights and recommendations for future marketing activities based on performance data.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and strategic marketing.Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools ( Google Analytics).Working knowledge of ad serving tools (Google Ad Manager).Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal (Arabic and English)Strong leadership and team management abilities.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
