If you are seeking to drive your ambition and shift gear into the fast lane, we want to hear from you!About The RoleAs the Marketing Manager Fleet & Retail, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, implementation, and measurement of comprehensive marketing communication campaigns. Your role involves collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders to devise and execute effective communication and advertising strategies across our fleet and retail portfolio.Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual marketing strategic plans for the product portfolio, leading positioning, imagery and creating campaign communication plans
  • Oversee fleet and retail marketing and advertising, including execution of campaigns and handling of corporate fleet partnerships
  • Develop and create all required assets, either directly or with agency partners, ensuring production and shoot requirements are managed effectively and that imagery is in line with Australian specifications
  • Develop annual budget requirements and reconcile monthly and yearly spend, including processing invoices and tracking expenditure
  • Develop strong working relationships with regional teams and other key stakeholders internal and external to the organisation
Essential Skills And Experience
  • 3+ years of previous marketing experience in a similar role
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in project management with high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including negotiation and influencing skills
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to think innovatively and strategically
  • Solid team orientation with the ability to cooperate and collaborate with colleagues
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is advantageous,
