You will play a crucial part in envisioning, branding, and positioning initiatives. Your responsibilities include analysing market studies, generating leads, managing transitions, overseeing printed and online media, and coordinating events. The importance of this role lies in its ability to shape the companys image, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the overall success of marketing efforts, ultimately impacting the organisations growth and market presence.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop Brand and Positioning platforms through collaboration with Management on content, flow, and positioning
• Formulate collaborative marketing strategy themes, product positioning, and creative branding for Company projects with the team
• Assess marketing and sales tools required for each project to achieve overall goals and objectives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution
• Plan advertising campaigns, covering print, online, and outdoor media strategies, advertising design, and editorials
• Contribute creative thinking, feedback, and recommendations for the companys services development
• Foster close relationships with each Departments Manager to ensure they possess the necessary tools for their roles
• Shape website development and management in collaboration with a website developer.
• Supervise photography management
• Oversee print and electronic materials, including stationery, brochures, flyers, proposals, and presentations
• Establish and manage budgets, facilitating communication with the internal team and clients.
• Act as an ambassador for Land Sterling both inside and outside the office
• Demonstrate strong and confident boardroom presentation skills
• Aid in cultivating strong client relationships
• Organise and execute events and Land Sterling promotional campaigns, covering social media, SEO, display advertising, email marketing, and SMS

• 4-6 years of experience in real estate and consulting marketing
• Essential experience in the real estate consultancy industry
• Significant marketing expertise within the real estate and consultancy markets.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to pushing boundaries and establishing new benchmarks
• Efficient and effective project management skills, capable of meeting critical deadlines
• Ability to generate results independently while nurturing a positive team environment
• Energetic and professional, skilled in cultivating relationships and collaborating with clients and colleagues
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communicator with robust organizational skills
• Effective time-management skills, adept at handling pressure with multiple projects and timelines
• Proficient in reviewing collateral both grammatically and visually
• Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing successful creative and strategic marketing campaigns, particularly within the property and consulting markets
• Outstanding written, graphic, and verbal communication skills
