Marketing ManagerYou will showcase your creative flair and interpersonal skills and use your broad base of marketing knowledge as Marketing Manager to increase brand awareness for Banyan Tree Al Ula.You will grow our market share with exciting promotional campaigns that showcase our exceptional guest offerings through a variety of marketing strategies and project management.What is in it for you:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage digital marketing efforts for the hotel and its outlets including copywriting, imagery selection and promotional outreach on owned channels with a focus on website and email
• Manage internal photoshoots including communication with external and internal stakeholders, shot lists, model and photographer needs
• Manage hotel review sites responding daily and coordinating review with Operational leaders
• Assist in influencer marketing outreach, coordinate influencer stays
• Strong interest in social media and assist in managing hotel and outlet social media channels (creation of daily stories, calendar of posts)
• Oversee digital image libraries across multiple platforms regularly updating these libraries
• Assist with marketing events (logistics, collateral, support)
• Assist with creative needs for digital and print collateral whether creation on canva, photoshop or managing external relationship with designers
• Manage hotel and outlet collateral needs including menus, signage, in-room pieces
• Create sales decks and promotional plans for Sales team to assist in generating revenue
• Research new trends and potential partnerships for hotel and its outlets
• Manage marketing calendar and promotional activities creating and overseeing an omnichannel flow with content due dates
• Manage invoicing, POs and day-to-day budget needs
• Communicate with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns
• Follow the annual budget and administer that budget in a fiscally responsible manner
• Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
• Cross functional collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the resortand its outlets
• Assist with weekly and monthly recapping of marketing and communications initiatives

Your experience and skills include:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• 2-3+ years of previous leadership experience within marketing required
• Experience in luxury hospitality or retail industry preferred
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant computer applications required
• Proficient in all social media applications including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
• University/College degree in a related discipline required
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Must be a team player with a good attitude
