PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:Monitor on the market and clearing members.Develop and update of the risk management policies and proceduresParticipate in the risk system tests of key applications, bug fixes, enhancements and upgrades, deployment and maintenanceDesign and create process flow design of Risk processes and Process and report automation.Support business development and other business related or regulatory changes with risk assessment and impact analysisPerform Internal Ratings exercise for members and counterparties including limit settingAssist in default management process: hedging, auctions, position close out and process testingKey Accountabilities:Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company’s standards.Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.Job RequirementsJOB SPECIFICATIONS:Education and Certifications:A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Econometrics or another quantitative field, Master’s degree is preferred.A Professional Qualification in Risk Management (such as FRM or PRM) is preferredKnowledge and Experience:3 + years of experience in treasury middle office and/or risk management of financial institution, Knowledge of Saudi Arabian or GCC capital market; knowledge of financial products especially derivatives will be an advantage.Skills Required:Knowledge of quantitative modeling, such as Value at Risk calculation methodologie.Strong in MS Office in Excel- and preferably one of the following: R, Python, VBA, Matlab, SQL and etc.Excellent communication skills, in both Arabic and EnglishProactive, attention to details and a good team player You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
