Our team plays an integral link between sales, the customer, and the final product.Partner with the bestTo coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.As a Material Plan & Execution, you will be responsible for: Managing master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements. Exchanging data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering, and maintenance. Handling simple manufacturing processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. Leading a small manufacturing unit with a budget > $ 1.5 K Issuing Purchase Orders and expedite as required and to analyze purchase and master data as required Working as focal point between maintenance, operation, sales and logistic to cover the demand from material perspective and ensure we meet the customer needs. Leading the material KPI?s to improve the rig-to-rig process, Optimize the cost, improve the utilizations of assets, reduce the slob in inventory.
