Job Description

The Manpower Planning Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the allocation of human resources in a company. This involves analyzing the companys needs and developing strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining employees to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining employees
  • Analyze the companys manpower needs and develop plans to ensure that the company has the right number of employees with the right skills and competencies
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify their manpower needs and provide guidance on recruitment and workforce planning
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other external partners to source top talent
  • Develop and manage budgets for recruitment, training, and other workforce-related activities
  • Monitor and analyze workforce performance and make recommendations for improvements
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to promote employee satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
