Job Description

  • Formulating plans for meeting the companys manpower requirement and ensuring proper utilization of existing human resources to meet organizational objectives.
  • Establishing and developing manpower planning.
  • Managing manpower planning process and implementation of the manpower plans.
  • Carrying out organization studies and reviews and work measurements to determining workloads and advice on optimum staffing level requirements.
  • Preparing projections of manpower requirements.
  • Ensures that manpower requisitions and staff movements are in accordance with the approved organization chart and staff establishment.
  • Experienced in evaluating staffing level, Plan expansion, plan for downsizing, etc.
  • 8+ years of experience in manpower planning functions.
  • The incumbent must have good analytical skills, have the ability to multitask and complete numerous tasks within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication - both written and spoken English and presentation skills are key qualities for this role.
