Job Description

SummaryManages and oversees the Recruitment Sections daily operational functions, ensuring effective and efficient operation of the section.Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Provides recruitmentrelated input to Head, Human Resources for Human Capital (HC) strategy andleads operational analysis.
  2. Executes and implementsRecruitment strategies, goals, and objectives that support the Hospitalsobjectives through recruitment/ Recruitment of qualified workforce asinstructed by higher management.
  3. Identifies and communicateswith various departments to discuss their manpower needs and select bestpractices for sourcing and advertising hard to fill positions.
  4. Directs staff in evaluatingand selecting potential candidates through screening procedures, ensuringposition requirements are met effectively.
  5. Audits and ensures that jobreconciliations, Recruitment offers, and contracts are within the establishedpolicies and procedures of the Hospital.
  6. Monitors and evaluates theaccuracy of reports, i.e., the candidate in process, turn around, estimatedtime for arrivals, etc.
  7. Responsible for theeffectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process against appropriate HCmetrics.
  8. Manages sourcing,screening and hiring process and interviews and evaluates candidates, whereappropriate.
  9. Works closely with HCBusiness Partners in order to understand the recruitment needs of business andcreates a partnership that ensures a seamless hiring process.
  10. Identifies and reviewshard-to-fill positions with concerned departments to clarify requirement neededto ensure sourcing of qualified candidates.
  11. Maintains a high levelof self-upgrade on current Government labor law and other laws related toemployment of both national and international employees. Ensures compliancewith the Joint Commission International (JCI) and other accreditationstandards.
  12. Follows all Hospitalsrelated Policies and Procedures.
  13. Participates in self andothers education, training and development, as applicable.
  14. Performs other relatedduties as assigned.
EducationMasters or Bachelors Degreein Human Resources Management,or other related discipline is required.Experience RequiredFive (5) years ofrelated experience with Masters, or seven (7) years with Bachelors Degree,including two (2) years in a senior/ supervisory capacity position is required.Grade 12: Seven (7) years of related experience withMasters, or nine (9) years with Bachelors Degree, including four (4) years of(Grade 11) experience is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)Saudi Nationals Only.
