Job Description

SummaryLeads and manages the Government Relation section activities in order to assist employees in processing government-related transactions according to the Hospitals standards, policies and producers.Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Maintains liaison withall related government institutions and embassies of other countries concernedwith the issuance and renewal of official permits, registration, visas,licenses and Other related documentation required by Hospitals employees,dependents and Visitors
  2. Safely keeps passportand residence permits of all expatriate employees and their dependents.
  3. Leads policy developmentand guidelines definition of government-related processes.
  4. Arranges forauthentication of documents for employees from the relevant authorities.
  5. Ensures thatgovernmental regulations related to Human Capital are properly implemented.
  6. Monitors day-to-dayactivities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.
  7. Evaluates subordinatesperformance, takes action to correct deficiencies and initiates disciplinaryaction when required.
  8. Participates inselecting, recruiting, and training, retaining, and evaluating assignedpersonnel. Maintains a positive working environment to implement policies, correctdeficiencies and implements discipline procedures.
  9. Assigns work,establishes priorities, monitors performance, and submits periodical clear andconcise administrative and financial reports for all assignedservices/functions.
  10. Follows all Hospitalsrelated Policies and Procedures.
  11. Participates in self andothers education, training and development, as applicable.
  12. Performs other relatedduties as assigned.
EducationMasters or Bachelors Degreein Human Resources Management,or other related discipline is required.Experience RequiredFive (5) years ofrelated experience with Masters, or seven (7) years with Bachelors Degree,including two (2) years in a senior/ supervisory capacity position is required.Grade 12: Seven (7) years of related experience withMasters, or nine (9) years with Bachelors Degree, including four (4) years of(Grade 11) experience is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)Saudi Nationals Only.
