Thinking beyond opportunity and reward, at Flowserve, we are inspired by working together to create extraordinary flow control solutions to make the world better for everyone!Role Summary:This position is responsible for aftermarket technical support and services for Flowserve valve products in Saudi Arabia.Commissioning and startup of Control, plug, Trunnion mounted Ball and other Flowserve valve products and accessories including positioners and actuation for AM Business. This position is also responsible for leading and coordinating warranty and other types of service repairs and upgrades.Diagnostic of Mechanical Failures and Troubleshooting associated with valves.Responsibilities & Requirements:? Installation, startup and commissioning? Conventional and digital positioner functioning and troubleshooting? Welding, piping, & field machining? Investigate and determine reasons for equipment failure and provide Operations with training to improve reliability.? Develop Root Cause Analysis to avoid reoccurrence of failures.? Generate and implement Reliability Centered Maintenance.? Evaluate and generate new projects.? Generate Technical Specifications for new valve applications according to the international standards.? Installation of new valves. This includes valves, actuators, positioners and other accessories. Responsible for the correct installation, pre- commissioning and commissioning accomplish with API standards. Installation of new valves of all types revamps and upgrade of existing ones.? Conduct site surveys to assess performance / reliability / operational issues for production units.?
