SummaryManages and oversees all operations overall Command Center to ensure the most optimal patient flow and experience as per the organizations standards. Responsibilities include creating and implementing flow plans, monitoring and identifying delays, and taking critical and efficient actions in tackling issues and complications.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1. Oversees and monitors the operations of Command Centre section by analyzing patient flow data.2. Provides consistent and meaningful data reports to improve decision-making.3. Enhances capacity management by providing monitoring tools to facilitate patient flow throughout the Hospital to maintain efficiency.4. Monitoring the operation of the Command Centre to ensure that the planning, communications and implementation of the department services are executed.5. Provides data analysis and interpretation of information provided within the data warehouse and related data marts.6. Ensures that communication, documentation and record keeping, and control of the Command Centre activities are according to the established Hospital standards.7. Assists in preparation of department budget for all assigned services/ functions monitors and keeps expenditures within budget, as needed.EducationMasters or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, or related discipline is required.Experience RequiredGrade 11:Five (5) years of related experience with Masters, or seven (7) years with Bachelors Degree, including two (2) years in a seniority position is required.Grade 12:Seven (7) years of related experience with Masters, or nine (9) years with Bachelors Degree, including four (4) years of (Grade 11) experience is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)Saudi Nationals only.
