Maintain tracking andfollow up on all requests.Preventive MaintenanceShould plan an annual maintenance schedule, especially for HVAC, to ensure quarterly servicing is done in all stores. And assist the team with the actual work.Procurement and Inventory ManagementManage procurement of all consumable items and Maintain Inventory of all fixtures, fittings, lights etc.Quality ControlOversee and be personally involved with all repair and maintenance work to ensure it is done with good qualityand completed on time.Training and DevelopmentSupervise and train maintenance technicians
