Bachelor degree or above in in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical or Mechanical.
At least 8 years of proven working experience in maintenance with at least 5 years of management experience.
Good command of English and Arabic languages.
Strong skills in CMMS and Microsoft Office (Excel; PowerPoint; etc.)

Activit‚s

Ensure all the equipments is well maintained and upgraded for cost effectiveness and quality reliability.
Planning and scheduling of all predictive and preventive maintenance jobs.
Lead the maintenance team to fulfil the day-to-day maintenance activities in all aspects (Mechanical, Electrical and C&I)
Ensure fast, efficient response and repair time to any breakdowns in the plant
Propose and lead improvement to the equipment
Participate in budget establishment & make sure of respecting (cost & time) the execution of all the capex / improvements projects in the plant
Adhere & make sure contractors and team adhere to all the safety requirements of the company

Contexte et environnement

Low level of safety and quality culture within the country
Our plant is not in a main city, making it difficult to find reliable contractors for jobs in the plant
STPP is a JV (51% for TotalEnergies & 49% for Zahid)
