Youll be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our Diesel locomotives by providing top-notch maintenance expertise and technical support.Day-to-day, you?ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Quality Assurance, Customer Service), offering technical guidance and ensuring adherence to the QCD commitments for the client Maintenance Project, and much more.We?ll look to you for:Providing technical support and guidance to the maintenance team,Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards,Analyzing maintenance data to improve processes and reduce downtime,Training and mentoring staff on new technologies and best practices,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities,Managing maintenance schedules and resource allocation,Monitoring the performance of maintenance operations against KPIs,Overseeing the preparation and delivery of maintenance reports and documentationAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
