Job Description

Maintenance Coordinator I Real Estate I Al Futtaim EngineeringOverview of the role:The Maintenance Coordinator shall be thoroughly knowledgeable about the business products and services to satisfy existing and new customers. He will attend inquiries and assist FMC or Building Owner clients regarding their requirements. This position will serve as the link between the organization and the customer for the benefit of mutual interest. He will be accountable for reporting and providing solutions/services to the clients in line with the business needs and update management with weekly reports.ÿWhat you will do:Responsible for:

  • Identify and target new customers with opportunities for TPM projects
  • The role is also responsible for supporting business to improve profitability, growing the business, and delivering high-quality customer service
  • Ability to manage every element (including but not limited to preparation/submission of QC reports, AMC and repair quotations, negotiation) of the services on an individual level
  • Prepare monthly/weekly schedule and action plan in accordance with the business need and share reports or logs with the management accordingly.
  • Establish and grow relationships with strategic customers.
  • Hands on experience in making reports and analysis in MS Excel
  • Responsible for driving accountability in meeting contract requirements and ensuring delivered quality and customer satisfaction through proper follow-up
