Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Accommodation management
  • Vehicle and driver management
  • Staff welfare
  • Staff mobilization
  • Implement the current housing plan, as set out by the Regional Operations Manager
  • stablish good relations with all Landlords and suppliers
  • Review lease contracts (term and conditions) for existing and new contracts
  • onditional Surveys of all accommodation and office space
  • velop a maintenance plan (preventive and reactive) aligned with landlords roles and responsibilities
  • reate monthly reports on state of all accommodation and office units along with maintenance report for follow up
  • velop the basic necessities welcome pack for new starters
  • Set up and conduct introduction of new starters into Al-Ula
  • veloping an accommodation schedule/program (check in and out)
  • oordination with HSE department for inspections for assets Vehicles
  • Organize the drivers and vehicles to pick up and drop off staff as and when needed
  • Organize monthly trip to hometown (Jeddah or Makkah)
  • Monitor all drivers to check and fill out the daily vehicle inspection form
  • Assure all drivers maintain vehicles and keep a log
  • Maintaining a constant flow of information to the HSE Director
  • Managing the offices from an HSE perspective
  • onducting periodical inspections for HSE assets (fire extinguishers, fire alarms, etc.)
  • Scheduling HSE training for staff
  • Scheduling HSE Inspections/Audits for HSE Directors
  • onducting 2 fire drills annually on all office space and housing units
  • Writing up full reports on all fire drills
  • Handling Petty Cash and bookkeeping
  • Singing off drivers overtime
  • Handling company assets and maintaining asset logs
