We are looking for a skilled and proactive Logistics Expeditor to join our teamand drive efficient coordination and communication across the logistics workflow. This role isessential for maintaining timely and accurate tracking of all shipments, facilitating clearcommunication between contractors, procurement, and project logistics teams. The idealcandidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and procurement processes, experiencewith online tracking systems, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:? Support Logistics Team: Provide essential support to the logistics team by streamliningprocesses, managing shipment statuses, and ensuring clear communication across teams.? Track and Monitor Shipments: Continuously monitor all shipments from dispatch todelivery, coordinating with contractors, the procurement team, and the project logisticsteam to ensure timely arrivals and address any potential delays.? Communication and Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact betweencontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for shipment status updates, ensuring all partiesare informed and issues are resolved promptly.? Detailed Shipment Tracking: Create, maintain, and update detailed records for eachshipment, including tracking numbers, timelines, and relevant documentation, ensuringthat the information is accurate and accessible at all times.? Utilize Online Tracking Systems: Efficiently use online tracking and logisticsmanagement systems to monitor shipment locations, update records, and streamlinereporting for internal stakeholders.? Documentation and Compliance: Prepare, verify, and manage all necessary documentsto ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.? Inventory and Order Management: Work with the inventory team to monitor stocklevels, coordinate restocking when necessary, and ensure that all inventory aligns withproject requirements.? Problem Resolution: Identify and promptly resolve any logistical issues, minimizingdisruption and finding immediate solutions to keep the supply chain running smoothly.? Data Entry and Reporting: Regularly update logistics databases, generate accuratereports, and provide insights on performance metrics to help improve overall logisticsefficiency.
