Key Responsibilities1- Following-up with the resolutions enforcement and final judgements for or against GAC;2- Monitoring the enforcement through communicating with the executed according to the established State?s revenue system and implementing regulations.3- Collecting financial fines from defaulters through communication with Government Entities for detention and enforcement in accordance with the established state?s revenue system;4- Following up with the GAC?s Finance Department for when to collect fines.5- Paying cases limitations after collecting the financial fines and implementing the content of the Commission?s resolutions.6- Preparing weekly, monthly and annual reports on the enforcement.7- Contributing to updating and developing the Internal Manual for Enforcement Actions.Academic QualificationsBachelor Degree in Islamic Law (Sharia) or Law (as a minimum degree)ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Legal business.Skills and Competencies1- Drafting legal submissions2- Investigation and inspection3- Communication skills, team work, proactive and innovative.4- Ensuring sustainability of knowledge and keeping abreast of Competition Law developments5- Written and spoken English proficiencyImportant Notes: Up to date CVs must be attached to applicants profiles.?*SAUDI NATIONALS ONLY
