Design curriculum i.e. defining various module objectives (module architecture), designing the content as per defined objectives & timelines, defining various methodologies for channel partners in content creation & ensure that the content addresses the targeted competency gaps which exist
Manage various projects with effective planning and roll out of activities & develop a strong follow up mechanism.
Coordinate with the delivery team across Saudi Arabia to standardize the delivery across the centers and ensure effective implementation of Training programs at various sites & projects.
Evaluate training, trainee & content by designing valid, reliable and practical evaluation methods and tools & ensure 100% compliance across all Training programs at all the centers.
Manage the e-learning portal & LMS by coordinating with IT for IT readiness & infrastructure readiness.
Effective management of content on the LMS & maximize enrolment of participants
Ensure overall maintenance of MIS & reports for all L&D activities across centers.
Ensure development of team by organizing TTT?s and design, implement & support interventions that build team?s capacity to think, make decisions and take action systemically.
