Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safely and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders.Partner with the bestAs a Lead Technical Support Specialist - Pressure Pumping, youll be responsible for post-sales support of customer issue. Youll provide technical support on repairing returned equipment and/or field services along with other service request. Youll develop an operational year plan for large-unit of own department activities and suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures.As a Lead Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for :

  • Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support ? Resolves post sales Technical Issues. As the technical depth required to resolve an issue increases, the ?level? of skill set increases. For some products 1 individual may handle levels 1,2 and 3 while for other products these may be separate individuals with increasing skill sets.
  • Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
  • Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
  • Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior engineers.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors degree in Engineering.
  • Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Technical Support.
  • Have a strong oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal and leadership skills are preferred.
  • Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams is preferred.
  • Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact is preferred.
  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously is preferred.
  • Have effective problem identification and solution skills are preferred.
  • Have proven analytical and organizational ability is preferred.
