Responsibilities:Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS ProjectLead the planning team and coordinate planning activities across disciplinesAnalyze project progress, identify delays, and propose recovery plansPrepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior managementEnsure adherence to Aramco project standards, procedures, and contractual requirementsCoordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors on schedule updatesImplement best practices in planning, scheduling, and resource managementSupport project risk assessment and mitigation strategiesRequirements:Minimum 6 years of experience as a Planning EngineerMust have worked on Aramco projects (essential)Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and project scheduling techniquesExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead a planning team and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and coordination skills
