Position: Lead Planning EngineerProjects: ERTD, ARCFMS, SDC, ERDD, STP ProjectsExperience Required: 8–10 yearsIndustry: EPC / LSTK / LFC ProjectsWe are seeking a highly experienced Lead Planning Engineer to oversee planning, scheduling, coordination, and reporting across four ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective project control, timely progress monitoring, and smooth communication with all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS ProjectDeveloping comprehensive project plansResource allocationProject schedulingCost estimation and controlMonitoring and reportingCommunication and coordination with clients, vendors, and suppliersMaintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentationEnsuring regulatory complianceProgress monitoringAnalysis and forecastingPreparing weekly and monthly progress reportsProject budgetingQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical / Electrical / Civil).8–10 years of proven experience as a Lead Planning Engineer.Strong background in EPC / LSTK / LFC projects.Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project (mandatory).Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.Strong understanding of project control methodologies.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Candidate should have ARAMCO approvals preferred but not mandatory
