Lead - Financial Analytics

Job Description

The organization generates over $24 million in sales and has over 850 companies and 700 employees. They are currently looking for a Lead, Financial Analytics to be based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support the development of the Manufacturing Ecosystem Development functions annual plans and estimated
• budget in alignment with overall strategy and business plan
• Ensure the implementation of the functions approved policies, procedures, and processes
• Take a part in preparing regular reports on the functions activities and achievements and suggestions for performance development
• Take lead on supporting analyses within the support investor attraction eort across the 7 manufacturing clusters
• Due diligence on investor companies and business plans
• Support manufacturing cluster leads in deal structuring and negotiations
• Support deal data gathering and qualifications and corresponding nancial incentives for
• dierent manufacturing deals
• Lead development of data & analytics foundation for Manufacturing Ecosystem Development function, incl. for strategy development, budgeting, business planning, deal data tracking, etc.
• Support various analytical projects for strategy and planning purposes
• Hold together the teams master data related to the 7 prioritized manufacturing clusters, 40 sub-clusters and 128 manufacturing opportunities
• Continuously improve and develop the data set to ensure up-to-date estimations on market capture and socioeconomic benets
• Support of strategic projects and development of decision material for management.

• Bachelors degree/ preferably a masters from an accredited university in Finance, Economics, Business, Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
• Masters in Business Administration is an added advantage
• Proven experience in nancial modelling / analysis and strategy development
• Solid project management skills and with a track record of successful development and implementation of cross functional projects
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and good interpersonal skills
• Good business acumen, nancial & economic analysis, abstract problem solving and logical reasoning
• Preferred experience from strategic or business consulting, or business developer or analyst role from corporate strategy function
• Excellent analytical skills, and supreme prociency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong presentation skills and presentation preparation
• Character and willingness to perform in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
