Job Description

NOZOM is one of the leading consultancy firms within Saudi Arabia. Were looking to hire the best talented resources over the region to provide a unique services to a variety of clients.R&R:

  • Lead (and develop) the Digital Strategy and Transformation offering to (Government and semi- Government entities).
  • Lead the design of business and technology strategy solutions, shape and develop tailored proposal to clients.
  • Lead the delivery of digital strategies and digital transformation, orchestrating all involved stakeholders, overseeing all deliverables and streams.
  • Designing and maintaining enterprise architectures
  • Developing EA design principles
  • Developing enterprise architecture
  • Focus on integration architecture
  • Manage end to end integrations and necessary collaboration with various parties for implementing the integrations
  • Review end to end Integration design and ensure completeness
  • Define, implement, and manage the EA Blueprints (Target Architecture Applications, Infrastructure and Information & Data).
  • Define overall EA standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance to the defined EA standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure the maintenance of key Enterprise Architecture artifacts
  • Strong knowledge with Saudi digital transformation Qiyas and others practices.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 3 years of working in digital transformation implementation projects
  • Arabic Speaker is a must.
  • Experience with EA Tools.
  • Experience in developing digital transformation plans and roadmaps
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in implementing enterprise architecture practice
  • Practical experience in EA Governance implementation
  • Strong knowledge of EA frameworks e.g. TOGAF, NORA.
  • Ability to ensure the technical designs compliance with EA principles & standards and targeted EA artifacts
  • Strong knowledge of EA artifacts
  • Govern the implementation of digital transformation projects.
