Support operating and maintenance functions with engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and problem identification, problem resolution activities to run the plant safely and efficiently without interruption.Key Accountabilities:1-Comply with company policies and Safety Health and Environment Management procedures and contribute to achieving Target Safety Health and Environment rates as well as comply with quality procedures and company ISO certified standards.2- Conduct failure analysis, rework internal investigations, technical reports and quality/safety assurance audits for major breakdowns and non-routine maintenance activities. Also, enhance reliability and availability of equipment, especially safety and production critical equipment, by utilizing all internal and external resources including vendors and contractors. In addition, all relevant documents to be documented and tracked.3- Support operation and maintenance daily activities (normal or emergency cases) which require engineering knowledge and assessment.4- Check the availability of spare parts of safety and production critical based on request, evaluate new spare part registration formalities, and carry out obsoleteness review.5- Participate effectively in turn around maintenance preparation, execution, quality checks, and following up on findings6- Prepare, design, execute quality check and close out the expense Design Change Request Projects which can be accomplished through direct maintenance order or ready for construction and require maintenance involvement. Also, review capital project packages, quality check of execution according to standard and close out.Degree:Bachelors degree in Electrical Power EngineeringOther Requirements: Must be familiar with international codes & standards related to electrical equipment ex: IEEE, IEC, SES
