Job Description

  1. Education & Experience:
  2. Bachelor?s degree in electrical/Electronics/Control System
  3. 10+ years of field experience
  4. Nature of working plants Experience in Rolling mill in Aluminum/Steel plants:
  5. Hot Mill
  6. Cold Mill
  7. Finishing
  8. Area of Working experience:
  9. PLC & Control Systems ? SIEMENS (S7 series), SMS (PROBAS, LOGICAD etc.)
  10. Drives ? SIEMENS, ABB,
  11. Networking ? Profibus, TwinCat, Ethernet, EtherCat
  12. Data Acquisition (DAQ) ? IBA or similar
  13. HMI ? WinCC, Wonderware
  14. Level 2 ? Application, model, Oracle Database.
  15. Engineering:
  16. Equipment/Asset Reliability ? Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Reliability Excellence (REX)
  17. Predictive, Preventive, Corrective maintenance concepts
  18. Troubleshoot and report ? RCA, 5WHY, Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
