Plan and schedule material/production needs. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.As a Material Plan & Execution, you will be responsible for:

• Managing master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
• Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
• Exchanging data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering, Op?s, logistic and maintenance.
• Handling simple manufacturing or maintenance processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring high technical knowledge.
• Leading a small manufacturing unit or workshop with a budget > $ 1.5 M
• Issuing Purchase Orders and expedite as required and to analyze purchase and master data as required
• SAP Global support users in various processes in operations and finance including Logistics, Procurement, Inventory Management, Asset Management, Order fulfillment, Manufacturing, Quality Management & Finance (MM, SD & FICO)
• Management reporting- Asset Utilizations, Inventory Flows, Slow Moving and Excess material
• Review processes and identify areas of improvement, process flows, document them.
• Prepare and publish various monthly and by-weekly monitoring reports and follow up for corrective actions.
• Management reporting- Asset Utilizations, Inventory Flows, Slow Moving and Excess material
• Logistics-On time deliveries, Open deliveries, Shipment cost analysis.
• Working with the sales and operations team to convert the demand plans into physical orders.
• Planning and scheduling order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs.
• Analyzing incoming demand identifies order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory.
• Implementing inventory stocking strategies.
• Monitoring levels of safety stock, global and aging inventory and works with regions and manufacturing plants to address accordingly.
• Implementing inventory stocking strategies.
• Inventory- planning, scheduling, forecasting, rationalization and optimization
• Inventory-review of SLOB and reporting Inventory, Open Order Reports, Open Deliveries reports, Revenue, and billing Reports.
• Sourcing- Supplier On boarding process ?HICX process
• Sourcing- Vendor Evaluation
• Sourcing- Work from Inquiry to Order-RFQ, PR, PO, GR, IR (Invoice)-Ariba process or SAP system.
• Have experience in assets process and managing the KPI?s.
• Leadership skills to lead others members to meet material KPI?s .
• Having the office 365 experience.

• Strong experience in Manufacturing, material, logistic and full process of supply chain.
