Job Title: Lead Architect - Banking SolutionsLocation: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Description:We are actively seeking a dynamic and seasoned Lead Architect to join our esteemed team, driving architectural excellence within the banking sector. As the Lead Architect for Banking Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in the assessment phase, stakeholder management, and overall project delivery. Your expertise will contribute to the development of a robust roadmap and skill enhancement plan, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives in the dynamic landscape of banking.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the assessment phase of architectural projects within the banking environment.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives.
  • Drive the development and delivery of project outcomes in adherence to program governance principles.
  • Develop and implement architectural frameworks tailored to the unique needs of the banking sector.
  • Create a strategic roadmap for the evolution of banking solutions architecture.
  • Devise a skill enhancement plan for the architectural team, fostering continuous improvement and expertise development.
Requirements:
  • Experience in working in the banking industry
  • Strong experience in program governance in banking and architectural frameworks.
  • Strong consulting and communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management within the banking sector.
  • On-site availability in Riyadh or willingness to travel often.
  • 10+ years of experience in architectural roles, with a focus on banking solutions.
  • Experience in technical aspects of solution architecture.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Architecture, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in enterprise architecture and program governance are a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman Framework.
  • Proven ability to lead architectural initiatives in complex banking environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of the technical aspects of solution architecture.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
