The role holder is responsible for Developing, reviewing and refreshing local content strategy for stc group as well as Establishing and maintaining LC governance incl. policy and process/procedures, and ensuring effective operation of those structures. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Develops, review and refresh local content strategy for stc groupDefines annual objectives in alignment with corporate/government goals ?PIF/LCGPA/MCIT/?etc?Develops and refresh local content annual planIdentifies and prioritise LC opportunitiesDefines and assign LC targets, KPIs/metricsSupports like advisory for executives in subsidiaries on LC planningReview and advice on suppliers entity and contract level LC commitmentsEstablishes and maintain LC governance incl. policy and process/procedures, and ensuring effectives operation of those structuresSupports and evolves local content Operating Model with all int./ext. stakeholdersEnsures LC considerations are embedded in all business processes where relevant Ensures sustainable LC development and improvementSupports like advisory for executives in subsidiaries on LC governance
