Job Responsibilities:Design, plan, and oversee landscape development projects in accordance with client specifications and standardsConduct site surveys and analyze environmental conditions to develop suitable landscape solutionsPrepare drawings, layouts, and specifications for landscaping worksCoordinate with project team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of landscaping activitiesSupervise installation of vegetation, irrigation systems, lighting, and other landscape featuresEnsure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulationsMonitor progress, quality, and costs of landscape worksConduct inspections and quality control checks on completed worksPrepare progress reports and documentation for project managementRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fieldProven experience in landscape design and implementation, preferably in large-scale projectsKnowledge of local environmental conditions and horticulture practicesProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or relevant design softwareStrong communication and coordination skillsValid safety and environmental certifications
