1. Maintain compliance and assure of the effectiveness of all types International standards requirements.2. Managing of internal and external customers relations in terms of facilitating customer complaints/investigations. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels.3. Assurance of fully and effective compliance to different international standards like ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22301. Identify non-conformities and potential sources of non-conformities and take necessary corrective and preventive actions to remove the cause.4. Provide technical support and quality supervision to all key laboratory personnel with respect to the quality control checks in order to assure that all generated laboratory data and results are traceable, precise and accurate to avoid any external customer complaints against SATORP.5. Act as official representative for the laboratory division with regards to the eternal assessment or any external or internal audits. Coordinate and communicate with accreditation body for all the matters related to management system for certification and surveillance audits.6. Provide Corrective action requests to the assessing bodies after each audit.7. Review and approve the management system documents. Over all responsible for the document control and establish control over document and data including documents of external origin.8. Ensure that the continual improvement is going on after implementing the system.9. Schedule and arrange internal audits on the basis of status and importance of the functions.10. Maintain all activities that are related to the company programs such as operation excellence and internal control measures.11. Prepare monthly reports and quarterly reports and Lab KPIs presentation and present to all the lab management in a scheduled meeting.12. Prepare and present Management Review meeting with all lab management team.13. Prepare and deliver presentations on laboratory quality and safety for Satorp lab professionals.14. Participate in Quality & Safety investigation.15. Awareness to Satorp lab staff on the lab safety requirements.16. Review Satorp lab safety procedures.17. Participate and review risk assessment and legal requirements for safety related to lab.18. Coordinate with Satorp QHSEI team to conduct inspections on other departments as per Satorp schedule and follow up for closure of the findings.19. Maintain and improve LIMS functionality.20. Works with the unit heads/LSS to test the effectiveness of the corrective actions designated to control non-conformance, and identifies areas where unit heads/LSS can take steps to implement preventive actions that are designated to eliminate potential analytical problems from affecting quality.21. Register all Customer complaints received through planning division (either from TOTSA or from ARAMCO) in the complaint register.22. Encourage and follow-up the application and adherence of the divisions personnel and contractors with the Company policies and procedures in areas of quality, health, safety and environment regulations and standards.23. Assists LAB&OSA Section Manager in providing the requirements for CAPEX and OPEX & others related to Quality management system.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
