Job Description

Our ClientA well know Cyber Security company in Saudi Arabia.Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of SOC analysts
  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of work performed by SOC analysts
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to SOC analysts to enhance their performance
  • Conduct regular evaluations of SOC analysts performance and provide recommendations for training and development
  • Create technical reports based on the performance of the SOC team
  • Develop and maintain metrics to track the effectiveness of the SOC team
  • Collaborate with other teams within the organization to improve the overall security posture of the organization
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging security threats and trends
  • Participate in incident response activities as needed
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a SOC environment
  • Experience in quality analysis of other peoples work in a SOC environment
  • Experience in identifying and evaluating SOC analysts performance
  • Knowledge of security operations center (SOC) processes and procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Certifications such as SANS, OSCP, Incident Handler, Ethical Hacker, or similar are preferred
