Job Description

Job Title: Content and Platform EngineerWe are looking for a skilled Content and Platform Engineer to maintain and enhance our detection platforms and ensure high availability and performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, capacity management, and system backups to ensure the reliability and security of our systems.Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and upgrade our software and platform solutions to ensure optimum performance and high availability.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure the stability and security of our systems.
  • Monitor capacity management of supported systems and proactively report any systems that are over-utilized or consumed.
  • Conduct regular backups and periodic checks to ensure system data integrity.
  • Integrate IT assets with Detection platforms like SIEM, SOAR, and TIP for end-to-end coverage.
  • Develop custom integrations for legacy or out-of-the-box unsupported systems.
  • Develop new content to enhance the detection capabilities for our detection platforms against new threats, including SIEM use cases, Yara rules, etc.
  • Execute content development requests from the Cybersecurity Incident Response Team and Threat Intelligence Team.
  • Follow the Use case development framework in its entirety.
  • Provide input to the overall detection platform (SIEM+SOAR+NDR+EDR+TIP) security services architecture and governance model.
  • Provide technical oversight, standardization, and validation of the effectiveness of detection platform (SIEM+SOAR+NDR+EDR+TIP) content service.
  • Support, implement, and promote standard configuration and change management processes and practices.
