Job Description

About Our ClientConfidential, Client Authorization Is Required.Our client is leading the vision of Saudi 2030.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for promoting Saudi Arabias cultural heritage in Jordan.
  • Represent KSA in Jordan.
  • Identify Partnership opportunities and potential partners.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, cultural organisations, NGO, Government agencies, locally in Jordan to promote cultural exchange and collaboration between Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
  • Develop and oversee cultural programs, events, and exhibitions in Jordan.
  • Develop communications and PR strategy for the cultural hub to raise awareness in Jordan.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organisation, such as media and communications, to oversee and develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Media Engagement.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets.
  • Conduct research and analysis on cultural trends and best practices in Jordan to ensure that the organisation is staying current and relevant in its cultural programming.
The Successful Applicant
  • Saudi National
  • Ability to travel frequently or relocate in the near-future is a must.
  • Bachelors degree in Arts, Culture or International Relations or related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8-15 years of experience and experience in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Saudi Arabian culture, history, and arts, as well as Jordans culture and customs.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with Jordanian cultural stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to manage multiple projects and priorities.
