We are seeking a motivated Junior Site Engineer to support site operations and assist in the planning, supervision, and execution of construction projects. The Junior Site Engineer will work under the guidance of senior engineers to help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the review and interpretation of engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Support the senior site engineer in managing day-to-day site activities.Monitor construction progress and report on site conditions.Help ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other team members on-site.Assist in preparing site reports, progress updates, and documentation.Participate in site inspections and quality control checks.Track materials, equipment, and manpower usage.Contribute to resolving technical and operational issues under supervision.Attend site meetings and assist in communication between various stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and standards.Familiarity with engineering drawings and project documentation.Good communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to site conditions.Proficiency with MS Office and basic engineering software is a plus.Relevant internships or practical experience is advantageous.
