Job Description

JUNIOR ARCHITECT (Al Ula)COMPETANCE & BASIC FUNCTIONTo plan, develop, and implement designs, and to compile feasibility reports, determine environmental impact, create project proposals, estimate costs, determine timelines, and oversee construction processes.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
  • Managing design projects from concept development through to completion,˙exterior to interior according˙to each project?s requirements.
  • Developing and presenting project proposals.
  • Adjusting designs and plans to meet the clients needs.
  • Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
  • Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
  • Work closely with Design/Project teams to coordinate design, tender, pre-site work and at project/job site
  • Reporting to Senior Management on-site activities, including schedule, design & delivery
  • Ensuring the projects is carried out within budget, schedule and quality expectation
  • Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy the project requirements, cost and schedule
  • To review shop drawings, project submittals, etc. for document compliance; documenting code review and compliance; communicating and coordinating with management, and clients
  • Proactive in problem-solving to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel.
  • Maintain the working procedure and safety. Handle in project submission and interior work processes
  • Maintain and establish close relations with clients and provide feedback to them
