Headquartered in Gurgaon (Haryana), India, our operations span seven countries, including India, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Cameroon, Ethiopia, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, with an annual turnover exceeding ₹4100 crore (USD 489 Million).Roles & Responsibilities:• Day to day accounting operation.• Supervise accounts payable ,book-keeping and accounting functions• Handling accounts receivable including invoicing and tracking payments.• Preparation of bank reconciliation on daily basis.• Monitor outstanding balances and follow Collaborate with project managers to monitor budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.• Identify cost variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.• Manage accounts payable to subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely payments.• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statement.• Maintain and update general ledger accounts by reconciling entries and ensuring accuracy of financial data.• Provide administrative support to the accounting department, such as filing documents, answering inquiries, and handling correspondence.• Work closely with procurement, engineering, and project management teams.
