Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaKey Roles & Responsibilities:– Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls, routers, and wireless access points– Provide prompt hardware and software technical support for end-users– Troubleshoot and resolve IT support tickets efficiently, including site visits when required– Support and manage Office365 applications and user accounts– Assist in network setup, configuration, and maintain accurate network documentation– Perform regular system checks, updates, and ensure network security best practices– Collaborate with IT team to improve infrastructure and user experienceCandidate Requirements:– Minimum 3+ years of IT technical support experience– Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls and wireless access points– Strong understanding of networking concepts and systems administration– Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills– Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
