• Responsibilities:• Install and configure server operating systems (Windows 11 Pro).• Set up RAID storage, manage drivers, and handle system updates.• Support system integration, testing, and documentation.• Assist in server performance benchmarking and validation.• Qualifications:• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Information Systems.• 3+ years of system administration experience in data centers.• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, virtualization, and RAID configuration.• MCSA/MCSE or equivalent certification preferred.*Technical Support: Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues,resolving problems promptly to minimize downtime.* System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers local orCloud-Based, workstations, and network devices, ensuring optimal performance.* Knowledge for the main IT systems, operational and troubleshooting scopes: such as IPtelephony, WAP (Wireless access points), exchanged, email domains, active directory,storages and backups, CCTV, etc.* Have the acceptable knowledge for the network passive part: such as UTP cables, fibrecables, connectors, testing, supervise terminations, patch panels, etc.* Network management capabilities and skills: shall have the knowledge to manage networkactive component, such as servers, switches, VPN, IPsec, Network Layers, Network Rote,routers / gateways, etc.Minimum Requirements:* Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a relatedfield.* Experience: Proven experience in IT support or system administration.* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking concepts, andtroubleshooting tools.* Certifications: Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft certificationsare a plus.* Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.* Attributes: Analytical thinker, problem solver, and proactive team player.
