Job Mission:

To Provide customer support to the VIP users with an emphasis on quality of service and incident resolution time.

Job Responsibilities:

Executives assets provisioning. Including laptops/desktops/ Peripheral devices/smart phones/tablets , etc.
Ensure computer configurations are standardized, maintained, and meet the requirements of the business.
Ensure hardware and software licensing compliance.?

Users Support

Install, configure, support, and troubleshoot all IT equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connections related to the executive network.
Provide / Maintain the video and audio conferencing solutions.
Provide / Maintain backup internet solutions @ Office.
Provide support for the VIP users IT personal requests.
Ensure and maintain internet availability in the VIP users home.
Coordinate with the core infrastructure team to resolve and address executives support needs.
