Job Description

  1. Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  2. Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or remotely
  3. Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
Job Requirements:
  1. Degree in computer science or information technology
  2. Experience 1-3 years
  3. Knowledge of active directory and firewall
  4. knowledge of network fundamentals
  5. knowledge of CCTV systems
  6. Arabic speaking and good English
