IT SpecialistJob Location : Saudi ArabiaRequirements and Responsibilities:•Must be proficient in English especially Arabic.•Manage company ISIT assets e.g. mobile devices.•Manage employee records corresponding to mobile device, sim card assignment.•Coordinate with Mobile device and telecom vendor in Ordering, registering employee mobile devices and SIM / eSIM card.•Ensure Mobile device commitment contract are monitored to avoid overlaps.•Manage roaming services and privileges of employees with regards to company mobile policy.•Monitor weekly cost of mobile services and ensure that it don’t exceed the monthly budget.•On-Call Support to employee who require roaming services activated or based on company mobile policy privileges.•Manage Billing and be able to segregate charges by department for G&A budget recording.•Knowledgeable in Excel (Pivot Table) a plus•Raise PO based on budget and Process monthly Payment•Be able to configure devices as per company policies.•Know how on Mobile device management configure e.g. Intune, Office 365, Teams a plus.•Knowledge in Saudi government CITC (SIM/eSIM) compliance a plus.•Knowledgeable with ServiceNow a plus.•Reports to ISIT Manager for any escalation related to employee complains, budget, support, policies.•Support ISIT Manager on IT On-Site Support Activities.
