  • Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques.
  • Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Manage Azure, Cisco services, technologies, and platforms.
  • Create workflows with Power Automate.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software/hardware systems.
  • Analyze support problems and security issues.
  • Maintain software installations and document processes.
The Successful Applicant
  • A Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a professional services role is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English are a must.
