Job Description

Job Overview: ITNetwork Administrator:administers, install, and configure the business applications,hardware, Software, Systems and procedures, Network, Virtual Machines (VMs),Database management, perform packaging and delivery deployments.Key Accountabilities & Working Relationships: Key Accountabilities

  • Provide timely reports on Infrastructure and Security of the business applicationsand network with daily monitoring, proactive checks, troubleshooting ofdatabases and applications, and Work effectively with business users and team members.
  • Administrating and managing Cloud environments and related infrastructures.
  • Enhance or develop and maintain and support computer software and hardware.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and support computer software and hardware, network, and applications.
  • Create and administer users, access rights management (permission sets), user profiles (personal and base) etc.
  • Set up history logs for auditing purpose and providing timely reports on audits to management.
  • Review upgrade package notes, testing requirements, and deliver pertinent information to team members.
  • Able to evaluate, install, configure, and deploy applications, systems software, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the enterprise.
  • Track emerging technologies and implement them in the organization.
  • Identify system requirements and install upgrades.
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreement, if exists, when supporting customers, and train and mentor newly hired Assistant IT System Analysts.
Working RelationshipsInternal Interactions
  • Frequent contact with functional experts for direction and guidance, and with customers for deskside and remote support requirements.
  • Identify and escalate issues and risks within project structure.
External Interactions
  • Work closely with external contractors on projects assigned.
  • Frequent contact with vendors for product information, IT project status and technical support.
Who we are looking for: Education
  • BS Computer Science / Engineering / Information Technology
Professional Qualifications(Certifications & Accreditations)
  • IT Industry Accredited and related certificate e.g. ITIL,CCNA, DB admin, RHCA.
Competencies(Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
  • Ability to work under own initiative and under tight time pressures - planning, prioritizing, and controlling own workload.Experience
  • 15 years in relevant experience in Information Technology function.
  • Related experience in managing and maintaining an organization?s computer and network infrastructure
Languages
  • Fluent in written and spoken English Language, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills.
