Job Description

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  1. Evaluates the companys Long Term IT needs and develop an overall IT strategy aligned with the organizations business objectives
  2. Accomplish information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  3. Accountable for the uninterrupted operation of the company IT systems and infrastructure
  4. Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities for direct reports, staff & managers.
  5. Maintain organizations effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
  6. Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
  7. Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
  8. Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
  9. Identify and track IT KPI?s; and devise plans and initiates for improvement.
  10. Remain up to date on the latest trends and developments in the IT field
  11. ERP systems implementation and management, Preferably Infor LN, but Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics are fine.
  12. ERP Project Module implementation ? preferably Construction company.
  13. Information systems management.
  14. IT Project Management.
  15. Information Security frameworks.
  16. Systems Administration ? Servers, Infrastructure, Cloud preferably AWS
