Job Description

What youll do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal IT audit plans in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of focus and develop audit programs accordingly.
  • Assess and evaluate IT risks, including cybersecurity risks, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls related to IT systems, processes, and data management.
  • Prepare clear and concise audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Communicate audit results to key stakeholders, including senior management and relevant departments.
  • Manage and lead a team of internal IT auditors, providing guidance and mentoring.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the audit team.
  • Assess and monitor risks associated with third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Collaborate with procurement and IT teams to ensure third-party compliance with security and risk management standards.
Who you are
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CIA are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in internal IT audit, risk management, and compliance, with at least [X] years in a managerial role.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity, and internal controls.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
